Are refunds available on gift cards?

Refunds and exchanges are not available if you simply change your mind after full payment is received. If a Gift Card has not been used or redeemed, and you seek a refund for another reason, we can offer a refund providing the refund is sought on the same date of purchase only and proof of purchase is presented. No refunds are available after the date of purchase.
