Upon check-in at the relevant Participating Hotel the Customer should present the original Gift Card and inform staff if they wish to redeem the card balance in exchange for Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Experiences and Services. Upon check-out, the Customer’s credit card will not be used to pay the final account if the Customer uses the card balance stored on their Gift Card.
If there is sufficient card balance on Gift Card to redeem the selected Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Experiences and Services in full, the card balance cannot be used in conjunction with part-cash payments. If the total cost of the purchase exceeds the balance held on the Gift Card, another accepted form of payment is required to make up the difference.
Gift Card can be used as many times as the card holder wishes until the balance held on the card reaches zero or the card validity expires.
