How do I redeem a Reward Room Night stay and what is covered?

Modified on Mon, 22 Apr at 2:37 PM

Once you have reached a certain number of Reward Points, you can unlock a complimentary Reward Room Night Stay. Reward Room Night bookings can only be made direct online at www.evtstays.com or through a EVT Hotel website directly through your eligible membership account.

You will need to log onto your membership account, and select “Book Now” and follow the prompts to redeem a free night at any Participating Hotel or Resort. If the hotel has a 'Free Night Award' available on your selected date, the ‘Redeem’ button is visible and you will be able to confirm your booking.

Things to Note:

  • A Free Room Night covers the cost of a standard double room, for maximum 2 adults only. Additional charges apply for extra guests (room capacity permitting). It does not include breakfast and it does not cover other costs such as laundry, telephone, meals and beverages. Such costs need to be paid by the Member on check-out.
  • Members can only use accumulated EVT Stays Reward Points from their own Membership to redeem Reward Room Nights. The Free Night offer is for one night in a standard double room only and is subject to availability. Room inventory for Reward Room Night redemption is limited and we recommend Members book well in advance to ensure the greatest possibility of securing your preferred Reward Room Night dates. Please check if your desired date is available. Note that if the “Redeem a Free Night” option is not visible a normal accommodation booking is made and the applicable room rate will be charged.
  • A Member can only redeem one Reward Room Night per night. Multiple Reward Night rooms bookings are not permitted on the same night however sequential rooms nights may be booked if the Member has sufficient points, subject to room availability.
  • Reward Room Night bookings must be booked direct online at www.evtstays.com or at an EVT Hotel Website.
  • Rewards nights are non-transferable; they cannot be given as a gift. The Member must be present at the time of stay.
