Members who have food and beverage vouchers on their accounts will be able to redeem them at participating hotels. Upon arrival at the hotel please inform the Guest Service Agent that you have a voucher you would like to redeem during your stay and the staff will be able to advise you of the process involved with this.
The following conditions apply for EVT Stays Points Offers:
- Members must be an in-house guest and are required to present their EVT Stays digital membership card at the applicable outlet to redeem & remove the offer from their Membership card.
- EVT Stays Rewards Points Offers remain valid for 6 months from the date of online redemption with the exception of Gift Cards which is 36 months. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
- EVT Stays Points Offers can only be redeemed at Participating Hotels.
