Are EVT Stays Points refundable?

Once EVT Stays Reward Points have been redeemed for a reward, the redemption cannot be reversed. That is, the points cannot be refunded or returned.

Once the Reward Room Night offer is confirmed at the relevant Participating Hotel, the reward points will automatically be deducted from the Member’s account. The amount of Rewards Points deducted is clearly stated at the time of booking. 

Note: if the booking is subsequently cancelled, all points are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
