Your membership number is issued as soon as you enrol via a participating website or enrol at a participating hotel. Members receive a digital Membership Card and their membership number is shown on that card which is emailed upon first enrolling at the participating hotel or branded website.
The format of your membership number is a capital R and seven digits (RXXXXXXX). You do not need your membership card to make a booking. You can simply log onto our website using your email address and password combination that was used to enrol.
