Upon signing up online at www.evtstays.com or at the Hotel Sign-Up Terminal, an email will be sent to your email address prompting you to activate your membership account and download your digital membership card, which has your unique member’s number. Log into your account at www.evtstays.com, go to edit profile and then complete these three steps.
1. Complete your profile
2. Set up your 4-digit PIN code (This code is for you to be able to redeem points while staying at a hotel for rewards)
3. Select your preferred smartphone download method
- Apple Wallet for IPhone users
- Google Pay for Android users
- Or PDF
Once you have selected which digital version you would like downloaded, an email will be sent to you with your digital membership card to be accessed to download. Your membership card can be downloaded directly to your smartphone wallet or you can select the digital card PDF version and print this off.
If you have lost your digital membership card, you can download a replacement digital membership card as many times as you need. Following the above steps will issue a new digital membership card.
NOTE: existing Priority Guest Rewards physical and digital membership cards will continue to be accepted, providing their membership is still active at the respective tier and the card has not expired. Once the card has expired, members will be required to download their new EVT Stays digital membership card by logging into their account. As part of the EVT Stays program, there are no longer physical membership cards for any membership tier.
