If you are a Platinum member or Black member and would like to raise a concern, or report an issue with your membership, we recommend contacting our Member Services team through the contact options directly available within your EVT Stays member account. This will provide you with access to dedicated VIP support. To access dedicated VIP support:
1. Log in to your EVT Stays member account HERE
2. This will navigate you to your account's ‘VIP Support’ page. You will see two support options. Select your preference:
- VIP Support Phone Line – phone support is available 7 days a week, exclusive to Platinum and Black tier members only. If the phone line is busy or out of hours, you will get the opportunity to leave a voicemail to arrange a callback as soon as possible

- New Zealand: +64 800 451 017
- Email Contact Form – send us a message and we'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours

- Email Contact Form - submit a request via the standard support form HERE. Be sure to provide your membership number and select your correct member tier level on the contact form (Black member or Platinum member)
